Schneider Electric LC1F185 TeSys F contactor body 3P 3NO 185 A AC-3 without coil. The Schneider Electric LC1F185 is a TeSys F three-pole contactor body with three normally open power poles, rated 185 A in AC-3 at up to 440 V and 275 A in AC-1, supplied without a coil so the LX9, LX4 or LXE control coil is ordered to suit the panel control voltage. LC1F185 switches motors up to 90 kW at 380-400 V, 100 kW at 415 V and 110 kW at 660-690 V in AC-3, with rated operational voltage to 690 V AC, 8 kV impulse withstand and 1000 V insulation. Rated making capacity is 1850 A and breaking capacity 1480 A to IEC 60947-4-1, with 1500 A Icw for 10 s and 10 million mechanical cycles. Power terminals take lugs-ring connections to 150 mm2 or 25 x 3 mm busbar at 18 N.m; the plate-mounted body is 168.5 x 174 x 181 mm and weighs 5.45 kg. Schneider lists LC1F185 as discontinued from May 2024, making it a spare-parts reference for large Egyptian and GCC pump, mill and compressor starters.
