Schneider Electric A9V41240 Acti9 Vigi iC60 2-pole 40 A 30 mA type AC add-on residual current device. The Schneider Electric A9V41240 is an Acti9 Vigi iC60 add-on residual current device, two poles, 40 A, 30 mA type AC instantaneous, for 230...240 V AC. It bolts directly onto an Acti9 iC60 or Reflex iC60 miniature circuit breaker by screws, converting a plain MCB into a combined overcurrent and earth-leakage protection assembly without changing the board layout. The A9V41240 uses voltage-independent tripping to EN/IEC 61009-1 and 61009-2-1, with 500 V AC rated insulation voltage, 6 kV impulse withstand and 250 A 8/20 microsecond surge immunity. It clips to DIN rail, measures 91 x 72 x 73.5 mm across four 9 mm pitches, accepts 1...35 mm2 rigid conductors at 3.5 N.m and is IP20 rated for -5 to 60 degrees C. It is widely used to retrofit earth-leakage protection to existing iC60 boards in hotels, food plants, water treatment and facilities maintenance across Egypt and the Gulf.
