The Schneider Electric A9K24120 is an Acti9 iK60N miniature circuit breaker, one pole, 20 A rated at 30 degrees C, C tripping curve, for 230 V AC final circuits. The iK60N is the cost-optimised Acti9 MCB for residential and light commercial distribution, providing thermal-magnetic overload and short-circuit protection with 6000 A Icn to EN/IEC 60898-1 and an Ics equal to 100 % of Icn, current limitation class 3, magnetic tripping between 5 and 10 x In, 440 V AC rated insulation voltage and 4 kV impulse withstand. The A9K24120 clips onto 35 mm DIN rail, is 18 mm wide over two 9 mm pitches, has tunnel terminals for 1...25 mm2 rigid conductors at 2 N.m, a padlocking device and IP20 protection from -25 to 60 degrees C. It suits socket, small-power and lighting circuits in apartment blocks, hotels and light facilities in Egypt and the Gulf.
