The ATV630D22N4 delivers 46.3 A continuous output current at 4 kHz in normal duty, draws 39.6 A line current at 380 V, and offers constant torque, variable torque and optimized torque control laws plus permanent magnet synchronous motor control. EMC filtering to EN/IEC 61800-3 category C2 (50 m) is integrated, enclosure protection is IP21 to IEC 61800-5-1 and UL type 1, and STO (safe torque off) SIL 3 is embedded. Ethernet, Modbus TCP and Modbus serial are built in, with optional Profibus DP V1, Profinet, DeviceNet and CANopen cards for plant networks. Typical duties include water and wastewater pumping stations, cement plant fans, oil and gas utilities and large building HVAC.
