The Schneider Electric TM241CE40R is a Modicon M241 logic controller with 40 discrete I/O for demanding OEM machines and plant panels. The TM241CE40R is supplied from 100...240 V AC and provides 24 discrete inputs, 8 of them fast inputs conforming to IEC 61131-2 Type 1, plus 12 relay outputs rated 2 A and 4 fast transistor outputs rated 0.5 A capable of 20 kHz PWM and 100 kHz pulse train output on 4 PTO channels. Memory comprises 64 MB of system RAM and 128 MB of built-in flash for program backup, with an optional SD card up to 16 GB. The controller carries an Ethernet 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX port with Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP, OPC UA server, web server and FTP services, two non-isolated serial lines and a USB mini-B port, and accepts 7 local expansion modules. Typical applications in Egypt and the GCC include packaging machinery, food and beverage processing, water treatment and textile production.
