Schneider Electric GV2ME21 TeSys motor protection circuit breaker 3P 17-23 A. The Schneider Electric GV2ME21 is a TeSys GV2 thermal-magnetic motor protection circuit breaker adjustable from 17 to 23 A, with 23 A rated current and a magnetic trip at 341 A. GV2ME21 provides overload, short-circuit and phase-failure protection and isolation to IEC 60947-1 from one 45 mm wide three-pole DIN-rail unit, removing the need for separate fuses and an overload relay. It is rated 690 V AC with 6 kV impulse withstand and offers 15 kA Icu at 400/415 V and 50 kA Icu at 230/240 V. At 400/415 V 50 Hz the GV2ME21 protects motors to 9 kW, an intermediate rating found on borehole and booster pumps, air compressors, screw conveyors, blowers and mill auxiliaries across Egyptian and GCC water and wastewater, cement, oil and gas, food and beverage and textile installations. Push-button control, screw clamp terminals at 1.7 N.m and 100,000 mechanical cycles.
