The Schneider Electric A9F84316 is a three-pole Acti9 iC60H miniature circuit breaker rated 16 A with a C tripping curve and a higher breaking performance than the iC60N. It delivers 10000 A Icn at 400 V AC to EN/IEC 60898-1 and 15 kA Icu at 380...415 V AC to EN/IEC 60947-2, with thermal-magnetic tripping at 8 x In +/- 20 %, limitation class 3, 6 kV impulse withstand and suitability for isolation under both standards. The A9F84316 clips onto 35 mm DIN rail, is 54 mm wide over six 9 mm pitches, accepts 1...25 mm2 rigid copper at 2 N.m and operates from -35 to 70 degrees C at IP20. The 10 kA class is specified where prospective fault current near a transformer or a large substation is high, which is common in cement plants, oil and gas facilities, water treatment works and large hotel switchrooms in Egypt and the Gulf.
